All products available in our online store are shipped according to the customer’s choice when ordering:

With the company ELTA-COURIER with which we cooperate. The deliveries are made on working days every day from 09:00 am to 18:00 pm to the address you have chosen. In case you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be informed by phone to reschedule the delivery of your purchase. For any question regarding the delivery of your order, you can contact Courier directly by telephone.
Pick up from the store:
You can pick up your purchase by showing your identity card at our store in Thessaloniki (Vass.Olga 177), free of shipping costs. Your purchase will be in the store ready for pickup in the morning after 12.00 am.

Domestic shipping costs:

For orders over 50 €, you will not be charged with shipping costs.
For orders under 50 €, the charge is 2 € for all Greece via ELTA-COURIER.
If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, the additional shipping charge is +3 €. Therefore the total shipping charge for orders under 50 € is 5 €

International shipping costs:
For all orders with delivery abroad the payment options are either through the use of a card (VISA, DEBIT, etc.) or Paypal. The shipping costs for all orders with delivery outside of Greece are 15 €.

Delivery times:

For orders shipped on weekdays and weekdays until 12.00 pm delivery is made:

In 1-2 working days for land destinations
In 2-4 working days for island regions, Epirus and Peloponnese.
In 2-6 days for remote and inaccessible areas.
4-25 working days for abroad, depending on the country.
